Who we are

Founded in 2006 by Ahmad Honarpisheh, Oakland Construction is a Vancouver based construction company licensed by the Homeowner Protection Office and a member of the National Home Warranty program. Oakland’s senior professionals are civil engineers with more than 50 combined years of experience in the building industry.

We have an extensive and established network of industry professionals, including architects, subcontractors and suppliers, which enables us to carry out the highest quality projects at the minimum cost. We believe in a transparent working relationship, and will be consulting with you every step of the way to ensure that your questions and needs are met.

We perform a preliminary site visit, during which we discuss your vision and ideas for your home.

Estimation

We provide a detailed estimate of the project, from conceptualization to completion.

Planning

We offer a fully executed plan of every stage of the development including architectural planning, development permits, construction, interior design & landscaping.

Certifications

We provide you with The National Home Warranty certificate along with the official occupancy permit upon completion.
